Vol. 166 No. 9

Business of Seanad.

I have received notice from Senator Cassidy that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to clarify the current situation concerning the provision of a new community college at Castlepollard, County Westmeath, to replace the existing Coláiste Cionn Torc.

I have also received notice from Senator Cosgrave of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to clarify his proposal for the relocation of the law centre in Upper Mount Street, Dublin, to the Smithfield area which will inconvenience a large number of people.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
