I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the Draft Regulations entitled Trade Marks (Madrid Protocol) Regulations, 2001, be referred to the Joint Committee on Enterprise and Small Business, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iv) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, and that the Committee shall, not later than 27th June 2001, send a message to the Seanad in the matter prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
