Seanad Éireann debate -

Vol. 167 No. 4

Business of Seanad.

I have notice from Senator Avril Doyle that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to outline the reasons for the inconsistencies between the Recommendations for a National Infant Feeding Policy and the British Medical Association's New Guide to Medicines and Drugs in respect of the use of fluoridated water in infant formula.

I regard the matter raised by the Senator as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
