I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approves the following order in draft:–
Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1983 (Increase in Number of Ordinary Members of An Bord Pleanála) Order, 2001,
a copy of which was laid in draft before the Seanad on 20 June 2001, be referred to the Joint Committee on Environment and Local Government, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iv) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which shall, not later than 5 July 2001, send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
