I did not get an answer to my question. Will we be able to make statements on the first item?

The proposal is that the first item be taken without debate. Is the Order of Business as proposed agreed to?

On a point of order, surely Senator O'Toole can expect the courtesy of a reply to a question he put to the Leader before we vote on this.

I did reply.

I did not hear it.

I apologise.

The Leader did refer to Senator O'Toole's question and he asked for the co-operation of Senators in relation to No. 1.
