I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the following Regulations in draft:—
Planning and Development Regulations, 2001,
copies of which, in draft, were laid before Seanad Éireann on 7 December 2001, be referred to the Joint Committee on Environment and Local Government, in accordance with paragraph (1) (Seanad) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which shall, not later than 13 December 2001, send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply."
