I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the following draft Order:
State Examinations Commission (Establishment) Order, 2003,
copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 28th January, 2003, be referred to the Joint Committee on Education and Science in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(v) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 19th February, 2003, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
