I have received notice from Senator Morrissey that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to report on the imminent closure of the Treasure Tots nursery operated by the child care community business in Le Fanu House, Ballyfermot, due to the inordinate delay in processing its grant application, lodged in November 2002.
I regard the matter raised by the Senator as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
