Before proceeding to the Order of Business, I am sure Members will join me in welcoming a parliamentary delegation from Cyprus, led by Mr. Demetris Christofias, President of the House of Representatives. On behalf of the Members of Seanad Éireann, I wish them a warm welcome and hope they enjoy their visit to Ireland.
