I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the following Regulations in draft:–
Bovine Diseases (Levies) Regulations, 2003,
copies of which were laid in draft before the House on 9 December, be referred to the Joint Committee on Agriculture and Food in accordance with paragraph (1) (Seanad) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 18th December, 2003 shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
