I have received notice of a matter of concern from Senator Ulick Burke under Standing Order 30, namely, that funds amounting to $14 billion, earmarked for development purposes in the Third World, have been dormant for two decades within the European Development Fund and have not yet been allocated to development projects. This matter will be taken at 12.50 p.m.
