I move:
"That the Report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges on procedure in the case of a Motion calling for the Removal of a Judge for Stated Misbehaviour or Incapacity, dated 1 June 2004, be laid before Seanad Éireann, that the report be published and that the report is hereby adopted."
