That Seanad Éireann, conscious of the difficulties encountered by undocumented Irish workers in the United States of America, respectfully requests that the President, Congress and Senate of the United States would consider the introduction of a new Green Card system similar to that introduced by Congressmen Morrissey and Donnelly.
