Seanad Éireann debate -
Thursday, 13 Oct 2005

Vol. 181 No. 7

Business of Seanad.

I have received notice from Senator O'Rourke that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport to outline to the House if there is, or has been, a situation where some American aeroplanes travelling through or stopping at Shannon Airport are exempt from the necessity of showing manifests of crew, passengers and cargo.

I regard the matter raised as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
