International Agreements: Motions.

I move:

That Seanad Éireann approves the terms of the agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria on co-operation in combating illicit trafficking in drugs and precursors, money laundering, organised crime, trafficking in persons, terrorism and other serious crime which was signed in Dublin on 31 January 2002, copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 15th November 2005.

Question put and agreed to.

I move:

That Seanad Éireann approves the terms of the agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus on co-operation in combating illicit drug trafficking, money laundering, organised crime, trafficking in persons, terrorism and other serious crime which was signed in Dublin on 8 March 2002, copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 15 November 2005.

I move:

That Seanad Éireann approves the terms of the agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the Republic of Poland on co-operation in combating organised crime and other serious crime which was signed in Warsaw on 12 May 2001, copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 15 November 2005.
