Vol. 183 No. 20

Business of Seanad.

I have received notice from Senator Bannon that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to outline her response to the difficulties encountered by Lanesboro Community College, Longford, with regard to the teaching of woodwork and technical graphics.

I have also received notice from Senator McHugh of the following matter:

The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children to indicate the help that is available for young people who suffer from Asperger's syndrome and the services that are available for them from age 18.

I have also received notice from Senator Kitt of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources to outline the present position on MANs broadband for the town of Tuam, County Galway.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Bannon and McHugh as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. I regret that I have had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Kitt as it is repetitious.
