I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann, pursuant to the provisions of section 18(7) of the Competition Act 2002 (No. 14 of 2002), hereby confirms the Competition Act 2002 (Section 18 (5) and (6)) Order 2007 (SI 122 of 2007) made under section 18 (5) and (6) of that Act, copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 26 March 2007.
