I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
Planning and Development Regulations 2008,
copies of which were laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 16th June, 2008, be referred to the Joint Committee on the Environment, Heritage and Local Government in accordance with paragraph (1) (Seanad) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 26th June, 2008, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 72, and Standing Order 74(2) shall accordingly apply.
