Vol. 200 No. 5

Business of Seanad.

I have received notice from Senator Brendan Ryan that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to proceed with the new building project for St. Oliver Plunkett national school, Malahide, County Dublin and that a recent decision by him to discontinue renting and purchase its 12 substandard prefabs should not affect the priority of its application for permanent accommodation.

I regard the matter raised as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
