I have received notice from Senator Fidelma Healy Eames that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Social Protection to discuss the way self-employed PRSI contributions can be taken and yet entitle the payer to nothing when injured or ill, through no fault of his or her own.
I have also received notice from Senator David Cullinane of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to discuss the progress that has been made in designating Waterford Institute of Technology as a university and the importance of this for the south-east region.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
