"That Seanad Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
Sustainable Energy Act 2002 (Section 8(2)) (Conferral of Additional Functions — Renewal Energy) Order 2012,
a copy of which Order in draft was laid before Seanad Éireann on 30th April, 2012."
