Statute of Limitations (Amendment) (Home Remediation-Pyrite) Bill 2012: Order for Second Stage

Bill entitled an Act to amend the Statute of Limitations, 1957 to enable householders whose houses have been damaged by pyrite to institute a claim within a period of time commencing when the presence of pyrite within the house has been certified by an engineer.
