I advise Senator Cullinane that the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government will be delayed for 15 or 20 minutes as he is responding to Topical Issues in the Dáil. With the Senator's agreement I will ask the Cathaoirleach to ensure his matter is taken tomorrow.
