I ask for an urgent debate on the topical issue of the need for a bank inquiry, its terms of reference and timelines.
I have given careful consideration to the matter raised by Senator Crown. I do not consider it to be a matter contemplated by Standing Order 30. I regret, therefore, that I have to rule the matter out of order.
