I move:
That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the security of supply of critical utilities, those being water and electricity and for that purpose to make it an offence for a person to induce another to cause an interruption to the supply of a critical utility and to also make it an offence for a person to engage in industrial action which causes an interruption to the supply of a critical utility and to provide for related matters.
