Vol. 235 No. 9

Business of Seanad

I have received notice from Senator Rónán Mullen that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to implement a programme of funding, support and promotion of the rapid prompting method of education for children with learning disabilities.

I have also received notice from Senator Colm Burke of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to clarify the current position on funding for the regeneration programme in Knocknaheeny, County Cork, and, in particular, if funding will be provided for the completion of phases 2A, 2B and 3 in 2015.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
