I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:Senator Victor Boyhan - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the appointment of new board members to An Bord Pleanála.Senator Paul Daly - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to consider amending section 42 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 to allow for changes to conditions for the extension of planning permission for one-off housing.Senator Aisling Dolan - The need for the Minister for Health to make a statement on funding for Westdoc out-of-hours GP support for the Ballinasloe and south-east Galway community healthcare organisation, CHO, 2 area. Senator Mary Seery Kearney - The need for the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to make a statement on the rehousing of Ukrainians in accommodation with families now that the initial six-month commitment period is running out.Senator Jerry Buttimer - The need for the Minister for Education to make a statement on the provision of home school liaison officers for special schools.Senator Lynn Boylan - The need for the Minister for Rural and Community Development to review whether, under the Control of Dogs Act 1986, as amended, local authority dog pounds have sufficient capacity to deal with the number of stray dogs being surrendered.Senator Maria Byrne - The need for the Minister for Justice to make a statement on measures in place to improve CCTV in cities, including the number of applications for the provision of additional cameras in Limerick.The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion and I have selected Senators Victor Boyhan, Paul Daly, Aisling Dolan and Mary Seery Kearney and they will be taken now. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters that they wish to raise.
