I thank Senator Crowe for seconding the motion. Before I call the next speaker, I welcome our visitors from the Citizen Participation and Public Petitions Committee of the Scottish Parliament. In the Distinguished Visitors Gallery we have Jackson Carlaw MSP, David Torrance MSP, and Alexander Stewart MSP. I hope they have a very successful trip to Ireland and in particular to Leinster House, where we have a Seanad Public Consultation Committee as well as a Committee on Public Petitions because the Seanad is able to do its own business. We are delighted to welcome the delegation to Seanad Éireann today.
