Before we deal with No. 1, I welcome to the Public Gallery Councillor Michael ‘Moegie’ Maher, mayor of Galway. He is very welcome. He is joined by a group of American county supervisors from Washington County. They are all welcome not just to Leinster House but to Ireland. We thank them for their service in the United States of America and for the friendship they have established with us. Our Leas-Chathaoirleach, who will be taking over in the Chair in a moment, is doing an extraordinary amount of work in America, building and continuing to forge relationships with a variety of local and state representatives. I commend Councillor Maher on his work and his dedication to public service in County Galway. I thank him for being here today.
