Dáil Éireann has passed the Garda Síochána (Recording Devices) Bill 2022 on 12 July 2023, to which the agreement of Seanad Éireann is desired. Dáil Éireann has passed the Policing, Security and Community Safety Bill 2023 on 12 July 2023, to which the agreement of Seanad Éireann is desired.
