I move amendment No. 14:

In page 9, subsection (5), line 21, after "section" to insert "with the substitution in paragraph (e) of the said section 39 (17) of ‘a fine not exceeding £1,000' for ‘a fine not exceeding twenty pounds"'.

This amendment is an updating provision of the Redundancy Payments Act, 1967, to increase the amount from £20 to £1,000.
