Between now and Report Stage will the Minister look at the term "as soon as may be after the end of each accounting period"? The notation in the margin refers to an annual report and information, but subsection (1) does not refer to an annual report. I would appreciate if this could be changed in the spirit of the review of section 21 which the Minister promised between now and Report Stage. If the Minister is of a mind to tighten up section 21 the same reference should be made in this section to whatever is finally agreed in section 21.
