I move amendment No. 30:
In page 19, line 24, to delete "corporation" and substitute "body corporate".
This amendment has been suggested by the draftsman and conveys a more precise description. "Body corporate" is the terminology used in the context of Irish company law rather than the term "corporation" which has other connotations.
