I move amendment No. 20:
In page 15, subsection (5), between lines 38 and 39, to insert the following:
"(b) for a horse licence in respect of a horse where the applicant holds a horse licence for the time being in force relating to that horse granted by another local authority".
Amendment No. 21 is a drafting amendment and amendment No. 26 is related. Amendments Nos. 21 and 26 may be discussed together.
