Deputy Ned O'Keeffe indicated that he tabled a number of amendments before lunch. Unfortunately, in accordance with Standing Orders, I cannot accept them as they should have been tabled before 11 a.m. If the Deputy wishes to refer to the amendments when we come to the relevant sections, he is free to do so. I am sorry I cannot accept them.
