I move amendment No. 60:

In page 47, subsection (1), line 32, after "paragraph (c)" to insert "of subsection (1)".

This is just a drafting amendment to clarify that paragraph (c) referred to in line 32 is part of section 35 (1) of the Finance Act, 1986, which is referred to in line 28.
