I move amendment No. 42:
In page 22, to delete line 46 and substitute the following:
"certificates therein specified, and the references in the other provisions of this section to subsection (1) of this section shall be construed as including references to this subsection."'.
This is a consequential drafting amendment which proposes that in any reference to section 29 of the 1961 Act subsection (1) of the section will be construed as including a reference to subsection (1A).
