I move amendment No. 93:
In page 120, subsection (1), between lines 12 and 13, to insert the following definition:
‘"the Regulations of 1992' means the European Communities (Customs and Excise) Regulations, 1992 (S.I. No. 394 of 1992)'.".
This is a technical amendment.
