I move amendment No. 105:
In page 137, line 28, after "offers" to insert "tangible movable".
This section inserts a new section 10B into the VAT Act to give effect to the auctioneers' scheme as set out in the
Seventh Directive. The principles governing the auctioneers' scheme are similar to those for the marginal scheme in section 112 and the amendments associated with it.
