I move amendment No. 96:
In page 77, paragraph (b), line 53, after "means goods" to insert ", other than goods transported by the traveller for the equipping, fuelling and provisioning of pleasure boats, private aircraft or other means of transport for private use,".
The amendment is necessary to refine the scope of the scheme as set out in the Bill to more accurately reflect the provision in EU law on which the scheme is based.
