The Select Committee on Finance and the Public Service has completed its consideration of the Bretton Woods Agreements (Amendment) Bill, 1998, and has made amendments thereto.
Is that agreed? Agreed.

Ordered to report to the Dáil accordingly.
May I assume that this will not come back on Report Stage next week, since we will be in committee for almost the entire week?
During the break I remarked to Deputy Noonan that we would be involved in the Committee Stage of the Finance Bill all next week. However, the Clerk has proposed that Committee Stage be dealt with between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We may take Report Stage on one of those evenings. If the Committee does not agree to that, other arrangements can be made.
Forty five minutes seems a very short time.
Perhaps the Committee could adjourn at 5 p.m. on one of those days.
We will discuss this matter and come to an agreement.
