That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their member states, of the one part, and the Republic of Serbia, of the other part, signed at Luxembourg on 29 April, 2008, which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 15 January, 2009.
