It is necessary to decide on the matter now to ensure editorial and broadcasting facilities would be made available. Do members wish to meet at 10 a.m. tomorrow to complete Committee Stage? We would like to complete it tonight but it may not be possible to do so as many amendments have yet to be considered. Can we plan to meet tomorrow in case such a meeting is necessary?

Yes. We can meet in the morning if we do not finish our consideration of the Bill. We will try to complete Committee Stage if we can. If I remind members that certain issues have already been discussed, I do so to advance the discussion rather than to try to stifle debate. If they have a difficulty with my decisions, they can say so.
