The Select Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights has completed its consideration of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Bill, 2000 and has made amendments thereto.
I thank the Minister and his officials for attending the meeting. The committee is adjourned until next Tuesday, 20 November 2001, at 5.15 p.m. when the motion on the treaty between Ireland and the United States of America on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters will be considered.
