I welcome everyone back for 2006. I hope we will get as much work done this year as we did last year. I welcome the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform and his officials to the meeting, the purpose of which is to consider Committee Stage of the Criminal Law (Insanity) Bill 2002.
