In accordance with Standing Order 85, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:

The Select Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights has completed its consideration of the motion on the Protocol on Explosive Remnants of War of the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons.

The select committee went into private session at 2.25 p.m. and adjourned at 2.30 p.m. until 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 11 October 2006.
