The Select Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights has completed its consideration of the following motion:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Agreement between the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Ireland concerning Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters which was signed at the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on 19th September, 2001,
copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 1st October, 2009.
