This section is headed: "Drug trafficking offences at sea". What about drug trafficking offences by air? This section includes only Irish ships and offences at sea. I know we included all vehicles because I asked a question the last day about helicopters, submarines and airplanes and I was told they formed part of the definition. In using the definition "offences at sea", why are we dealing only with offences at sea in this section?
