The Deputy is entitled to reintroduce it on Report Stage.
I move amendment No. 8:
In page 10, between lines 41 and 42, to insert the following subsection:
"(6) That the fine of £1,000 for a summary offence in the payment of unemployment assistance be increased to £1,500.".
A fine of £1,000 for a summary offence in the payment of unemployment assistance should be increased to £1,500 to reduce the incidence of fraud.

10. In page 11, before section 18, to insert the following new section:
"18.—Section 218 (1)(a) of the Principal Acts is hereby amended by the substitution of ‘£1,500' for ‘£1,000'.".
