For information, members have received a substitute list of amendments. An error was noted in the ordering of these amendments in the numbered list dated 12 December 2011. This order has been corrected on the substitute list and the text of the amendments remain the same. I ask members to refer to the substitute list when we reach amendments Nos. 13 to 15, inclusive, and 19 and 20.
This meeting has been convened for the purpose of consideration of the Water Services (Amendment) Bill 2011. The select sub-committee will consider the Bill from now until 1.30 p.m. when there will be a sos until 3 p.m. The sub-committee will then resume and continue its consideration of the Bill until 5.30 p.m. If the proceedings on the Bill have not been concluded by 5.30 p.m., we will adjourn until a date in January 2012.
